What can i do about a roach being in my food?
Question Details: I went out to eat made a complaint about the no mushrooms on my food and my daughter finding a hair in her salad. I had placed a to-go order to bring home to my husband and while eating found a Roach in his food!!

You may complain to the restaurant or its parent corporation (if applicable) and see if they will compensate. You may also file a complaint with the board of health. However, if you were fortunate enough that neither you nor anyone else in your family was injured, then there would be recovery under the law--there's nothing to sue for if there's no harm in a case like this.
