what can i be charged for and whats the maximum years i can serve
Question Details: i was forced to drive some masked guys to rob a business but as i was in front the establishment they have me on tape on my cell phone

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. If you were forced to drive you may be able to assert a speical defense, such as duress and not be liable for the other defendant's conduct. If you did engage in this crime knowingly, then you can face up to 10 years in jail or life if someone was killed. I would beed to know more facts and suggest that you hire a lawyer as this is a very serious matter.
