what are the responsibilities of a person whose fiance died and they are the beneficiary of deceased life insurance policy?
Question Details: my daughters fiance recently died. he had life insurance of which she was the beneficiary. they had been living together about 6 months.he had a jeep that about $14,000 is still owed. is she obligated to pay it off? she doesn't want it nor does his family. can she be forced to use the life insurance money?
