What are my rights as a Seller, without an agent, regarding a Home Inspection that Buyer paid for, with an agent, that caused Buyer to walk?

It depends on the contract of sale--what did it say about an inspection contingency and buyer's rights following the inspection? If there was no inspection contingency, then buyer may not have had the right to walk following an inspection, at least for anything less than serious issues that fundamentally altered the description or value of what he was buying.
