what are my options if mother dies and the house isnt paid for?
my mom is buying a home for us from fannie mae.been in the home for ten years. she has cancer and was given 6 monthe to 1 year. what can i do to not lose the home that we have been paying for

I think that your second question answers this question. You need a lawyer but an attorney in your state should be able to answer the question in less than 1/2 hour. Jeremy Howe
