Question: Divorce, Marriage, Alimony - Michigan

WHAT AM I TO DO TO SAVE MY HOME.
THE JUDGE ORDER ME TO PAY MY X WIFE 25000 IN THE DIVORCE ORDER BUT DIDNT SAY WHY, OR FOR WHAT, I HAVE PAID HER PMTS OF 5000 EACH 6 MONTHS WITHOUT BEING LATE, NOW MY REFINANCE IS DUE , BALLOON, AND SHE WONT PROVIDE ME WITH A DEED OR REMOVE THE LIEN OFF HOME , AND BANK WONT REFINANCE IT UNTIL, IT IS REMOVED, WHAT AM I TO DO.
