If we were in an accident that wasn't our fault, do we have a case even though my husband's license was suspended?
Question Details: The other driver was high on drugs but the officer said my husband's license was revoked and we didn't know. I have a neck injury, missed work, our car is totalled and we still owe $15,000 on it.
