If we are putting evrything in trust in case something would hapeen to us, if down the road there is a divorce will I entiled to half of the estate?

The answer to your question depend on the type of trust the money goes into.  As long as you still have control of the funds then a divorce should not present any trouble with you getting or taking you fair share.  Contact me if you would like additional information.
