Was it legal for my sisters to remove items from my mothers home? The items were willed to all her children.

My mother is living in a nursing home. She has a Will stating that all her assets should be divided equally among her 12 children. My sisters have removed several items from her home.

I am not admitted in Arkansas.  

Morally your sisters should probably not have removed the items in the house that were Willed to all her children.  The fact is, though, is that your Mother is still alive and has the ability to give away these assets during her lifetime whether or not they are mentioned in the Will.

If you believe that they are taking things out of the house without your Mother's consent or approval then someone needs to petition the Court to become in charge of your Mother and her assets now.  Seek legal help in your area right away.
