Based on the limited information you provided, it sounds like there is a possibility of an age discrimination claim.  In order to pursue a claim of age discrimination you should first file a complaint with the EEOC or your state fair employment practices agency and give them an opportunity to investigate and make a determination.  If they cannot resolve the matter to your stisfaction, you will have the right to file a lawsuit after the EEOC investigation has been completed.
