You are describing an uncontested divorce.  While this is the type thing you can do yourself, I highly advise against it.  There are pitfalls and if there are mistakes or later issues, it cost much more to fix a DIY divorce than to fight a contested divorce from the start.

Most attorneys who handle divorces in Texas will handle an uncontested divorce for one flat fee and often that fee is based on a reduced rate since these are simple paperwork cases, we can work on at our leisure while waiting for Judges, Juries, opposing parties to arrive etc.

Where are you located?  E-mail me at:  roy@planoattorney.net  I will give you a price for my firm to handle this case if you are in Collin or Dallas county.
