In IL a wage deduction witholds 15% of your gross wages.  I suggest you contact your creditor and attempt debt settlement.  Your employer cannot terminate you for a wage deduction.  Your creditor might want to work with you depending on your financial condition.  If you are a bankruptcy candidate, you could file and stay a wage deduction.  You may wish to contact an attorney near you.  Best Regards,  Peter S Grain Esq  E-mail iccgrain@aol.com  Tel 847-843-2920  Website http://internationalcreditcorp.homestead.com  PO Box 3517 Barrington, IL 60011-3517
