If I filed for Chapter 13 a week ago, can I still use my debit card for online clothing purchuse before the 341 meeting?

It has nothing to do with the 341(a) meeting. A debit card, if I'm understanding correctly, is linked directly to your checking or savings account and, therefore, you are not incurring a new debt by using it. So I don't see any problem using a debit card for purchases of necessary items.
