If an unmarried couple splits up and one partner paid the majority of bills, is the other partner entitled to alimony?

My girlfriend and I are splitting up. I own the home and I have paid majority of bills, bought cars etc., for the 8 years that we have been together.

No, you are not married and Wisconsin does not have common law marriage. Thus she has no legal claim for maintenance. If the house is in your name then she has no rights there either. If you find that she sues you for something please contact me.
