I was involved in a accident tonight where the other driver was at fault. There were no injuries and I have a witness on my side saying it's the girls fault. What are my rights since I don't have insurance and she does?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. Obtain a copy of the police report and make a claim against the at fault driver. submit the police report to the girl's insurance company- which is listed on the police report. they will take it from there and pay for your property damages. you do not need a lawyer here as it will only cost you more money.
