Wrongful Death - Accidental Death Law Answers

I am not admitted in Georgia.  I think that you need to get help from a lawyer in your area as soon as possible.

There are two things that come to mind here: is this a valid and enforceable contract of sale for a house OR is this a holographic (handwritten) will?  A will requires very specific procedures for execution to be valid so I am not leaning that way.  But it may be an enforceable contract of sale against the estate.  It is too hard to tell without looking at it and the law.  Try looking here for a lawyer: www.attorneypages.com. Good luck.
