Our truck was totaled; are we entitled to the cost of inspection/DMV fees if we decide to take the salvage offer?

Was anyone in the T-boned truck at the time of the accident?  I would be worrying more about their physical condition than the truck if I were you. Sometimes you don't feel the effects of such a collision for a few days, or even weeks, so take it easy!  You may also be entitled to any extra costs you recently expended on your truck, such as new tires, new repairs, and the like.  I would need more information to answer your question about time lost from work ( for example, you are entitled to time lost from work if you were injured and sought medical treatment).
