Auto Accidents Law Answers

If you are currently represented by a lawyer, it is unethical for another lawyer to answer legal questions pertaining to your case.  If you have tried to obtain answers from your lawyer by telephone and have been unsuccessful, write your lawyer a letter and explain that you need to have answers to your questions.  If you give the lawyer a reasonable time to answer, (2 days) after the lawyer receives your letter and you still do not get a response, speak with the lawyer's assistant to make sure the lawyer received your letter.  If you are still unable to get an answer, you can contact the Bar Association in your area and they should be able to help you.
