Question Details: I am 19 living in Ohio and I was ticketed for underage possession of beer and open container. Do I need a lawyer? Can I pay a fine and court costs ahead or do I have to appear in court? What can I expect as punishment?

Alternatively, if you are in college, the school may have some attorneys contracted to handle these types of matters for you for free or for a greatly reduced cost.
