ticket for tan window
Question Details: I was driving my roommate's car, and his window was to tan. I didn't know the tan window is illegal, so I get ticket for that. My roommate don't want remove the tan from the window, and I have court day I don't know what should do or say in court?

Unless the officer put a meter on the tint to check the level of tint, they probably can't prove it in court. The easiest way to handle the case would be to go to court and speak to the prosecutor, explaining that you did not own the vehicle and had no idea that the tint was illegal.
