Question Details: my husband allowed his cousin to borrow for a short time to get her kids back and forth as they lived far out until a car worked out for her, it went into a whole year of usage. I than asked for my truck back and she had just paid 2000, in repairs that I was not aware of, and now I am being harrassed that I owe her 2000 and she plans to come to my house. Do I owe her?

The answer to whether you owe her the $2,000 for repair bills will likely depend upon what type of agreement you had with her. If there was no agreement and she did not pay for a year's use of the truck, it is unlikely that you owe her that money – especially if she didn't inform you that she was spending that amount of money to fix it.
That being said, if you did have an agreement or she did pay you to use the truck, then you might owe her something. However, the matter should be settled in small claims court. If she harasses you, contact the authorities.
