Signature on the petitioner's documents is not the petitioner's actual signature. What can I do?

Question Details:

The petitioner is the father of my child and I am the mother. We are court ordered to meet with a mediator to try to settle custody and visitation rights. I noticed on all of his documents that the signature is not his. What can I do?
