Can I or can I not collect pain and suffering from my own insurance if accident did not involved any other vehicle? 

Whether you can make a claim against your insuruance policy depends on whether there was and accident or occurrence under the policy.  If the roads were slipper and wet and your car ran off the road, you want to make sure that you report the insurance claim to your insurance company.  the insurance company should compensate you under you policy.  I would need to see your policy to answer this question with a definitive answer.  I suggest that you report the claim and locate a lawyer to review the policy and determine whether you may trigger the policy if you were the sole car involved in the accident.  I think that you may be able to get some money for the car damages, but as for pain and suffering the insurance company may take the position that you are not able to obtain this coverage since they will say you caused the accident.
