The home I rent has been foreclosed. I have a bona fide lease. Realtor offering cash for keys says the bank will begin eviction in 1 month. Legal?

Question Details:

My rental has been foreclosed upon and is now bank owned. A realtor with a cash for keys program contacted me and said that the eviction process could begin within one month. It is my understanding that I have rights as a tenant, having had a bona fide lease with the previous owner? I submitted my lease and all the copies of payment of rent to the bank's attorney. Aren't they required to honor the lease? If they do evict - how many days does it give you to vacate? Can they legally do that, or do I have a right to remain? If they evict will it remain on my record if I leave before proceedings?

No doubt the foreclosure order extinguished your rights. You will be subject to eviction.
