Wrongful Death - Accidental Death Law Answers

I'm not a Texas lawyer.  My brief review of the Texas death law, as available on the internet, suggests that for life support to be terminated, the person must be declared brain dead, under "ordinary standards of medical practice," or the person is declared dead in accordance with other written policies previously set up by the hospital.

I'm truly sorry to hear that this is a question you need to ask.  If you need more information, you should talk to a local attorney, and one place you can look for one is our website, http://attorneypages.com
