Taped phone call

Question Details: what if i found out that a phone convo was taped and they were using that in a child custody case.. it was my opinion and a relative of mine.. but nothing bad.. but i didnt know i was being taped till today.. and apparently on numerous occasions.. and telling people things i didnt say tryin to make me out to be the bad guy!! its such a mess.. but what can i do?

In Texas, as long as at least one party to the conversation consents, recording such communication is legal; the same under federal law.  If the conversation was intra-state, then perhaps the other state requires 2-party consent, but you did not indicate that was the case.
