statue of limitations
whats the statue of limitations on doctor shopping charges for someone who has never been questioned but has a pc warrant?

The statute of limitations for the offense and the statute of limitations pertaining to service of an issue summons capias are different.  The former is depends on how it is charged criminally and is generally 3 years. The latter is fact driven and I would need more information before I answered thsi question.
