What to do if my work product was taken without reimbursement?
Question Details: I own a business that designs and installs stages for churches. I was asked to bid on a job and did enter a quote with my design. My bid was not accepted but the client took my design with very specific drawings and price quotes for equipment and had another company do the work without my permission on my design. Can I sue for intellectual property infringement?
