Speeding ticket for non-US in California

Question Details: Hello, We are visiting the US and earlier today we got a speeding ticket for driving at 95mph in a 65mph zone. 1. I'm sure that I was driving slower but I will not be able to appear in court because I'm flying back to my country in a couple of days. How can I appeal the ticket? 2. Any idea what is the fine? I know that if your speed is up to 25mph faster in CA it's $288, but what if it's 30mph like in my case? Thanks in advance and have a nice weekend!
