If someone is trying to sell inappropriate photos of me that they hacked from an old e-mail of mine, how do I get them to stop?

Question Details:

Said person hacked into my e-mail account years ago, saved these pictures and is nowposting them online with my name and making accounts with the photos on sex sites. They are also asking for $5 donations to their account for the photos. There has to be something I can do to stop this. These were private photos sent to a boyfriend, that she stoleand is subsequently profiting off of. She has even found a way to link them to my actual myspace profile and I am now getting solicited from strangers. This is humiliating and frightening. What are my rights?
