Small claims question

Question Details: I won a small claims case for non-payment, but have yet to persuade the defendant to pay me since winning. 2 other people independently connected to the same job were also not paid. Can I email the defendant and threaten to help them and pay for their individual small claims cases. Can I use the threat of helping them sue as leverage to collect my judgment?

I wouldn't do that.  I'm not sure that it would create a problem for you, but it might, and my experience suggests that this isn't very likely to persuade your debtor to pay up.

You need to find out where your debtor does his banking, and there are a few ways to do that;  one of these is through what's usually called "supplemental discovery"  or post-judgment discovery, where you can require the defendant to give sworn answers to questions about his assets and income.  Once you find his money, you can use your judgment to get an order attaching specific funds, to pay your judgment.
