Does a simple trespass ticket show as a criminal offense?
Question Details:
My son received a ticket for "Simple Trepass". CT Gen. Statutes considers this an infraction. If ticket is paid, does this show up on his record and if so, for how long?

I doubt that it would show up on your son's record. Usually only arrests and convictions may show up but not tickets (i.e. parking violations, etc.).
