The first thing to do is to discuss this problem face to face with your attorney and try to resolve any differences you may have.  Call and make an appointment with your attorney.  If you do not receive a prompt reresponse, you can file with the Attorney fee dispute committee, this is an official agency that will take your grievance and try to resolve it short of  actually going to a fee arbitration.  It is not a trial and you do not have to be represented.  Most people do it themselves.  The attorney that you are having an issue with must respond.  If you change attorneys your former attorney must co-operate with your former attorney
