Is there any way for me to take her to court or force her so she can sign car title documents?

Question Details:

I co-signed a car loan for an ex-friend and the loan is now paid off in full. Iwant to remove my name from the title but she doesn't want that to happen. Went to the DMV and they told me to fill out the NRL and the transfer of title form. Which requires our signature. Problem is I do not have any of her information except a cell phone number which she refuses to pick up, knowing that it is about the title.  What can i do?

First thing is build a record asking her to remove your name and also have full insurance on the car. If she does not carry insurance, you will be liable. If she does not follow up, then take her to court and ask a judge to issue an order against her.
