I am a minor, 16 years of age, do my parents have the right to force me to believe in a religion that I do not believe in? They tell me that I must go to church with them, and that I should believe in their God.

You parents do have the right to make you go to church with them--you are still under their supervison and control. However, they cannot make you think or believe something you disagree with; they can control your location or action, but not your thoughts. They can certainly try to convince you that their faith is right, and show you why they believe in it; but they literally cannot make you believe it.
