Question Details:
Is there any way to at least get a hardship license if I have 4 DUI's in Florida. In any state is it possible or to have a DUI taken off your record from 1987; it was in North Carolina (I had a FL driver's license at the time)?

I'm not a Florida attorney, but my research suggests that on a fourth offense for d.u.i. in your state, permanent license revocation, with no possible hardship license, is mandatory: the judge has no choice. I don't practice in North Carolina, either, but it does not look like there is any chance of expunging the 1987 d.u.i. there from your license.
