DUI / DWI Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  Usually, the department of motor vehicles communicate with one another as far as records are concerns.  You can expect that the NJ DMV will have this on their records.  If you are pulled over in PA the police may be able to see that your license is revoked in NJ and take away your license.  In other words, the revocation in NJ will apply to PA.  I suggest you try to reinstate your license in NJ.
