Revocation of probation on DWI 2

On October 1, 2009, my probation was revoked because I was not finished with my rehab. outpatient services. Now am waiting to be served and turn myself in. I have paid all fines and probation fees and this is only step to be completed. I want to know what I should do?

AttorneyPages has verified that this person is an attorney.

You should definately have an attorney, as probation revocations are very difficult to win.  Having an attorney work with the prosecutor on the terms of the revocation is very wise.  Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
