retaliation for reporting my supervisor

Question Details: My supervisor hates me, and harassed me. 5 months after reporting her to HR (and her being told to stop her weird behavior), I am told by her that she is taking away my flex work option for business needs. She knows I need this to care for my son, but I am told if I do not report to work those days I have at home, I will be fired. I believe this is retaliation, but am afraid no one will believe me. Why should I lose my flex time for her amusement?

If the harasment was due to a protected class under state or federal law such as age, race, sex, national origin, disability or religion, you may want to consider filing a charge of discrimination/harassment with the EEOC.  If your need to care for your son is because he has a serious health condition, and you are otherwise covered by the Family & Medical Leave Act, you can raise an FMLA claim with your employer or file a complaint with the Department of Labor.
