responsibility for hospital bills incurred due to dog fight
Question Details: My dog was on my neighbors' property. I got my dog, he was in my possession and under my control. The neighbors' dog attacked my dog, and their son was bitten trying to break up the dog fight. Neighbor now wants me to pay the hospital bills for treatment of their son's dog bite (not sure which dog bit him). Am I liable for this?
