Requesting Evidence from the Police for a Dept of Natural Resources Spot LIghting Wildlife charge.
Question Details: I am in the state of SC and my lawyer said that when he request evidence and they police give it to him the police/DA has 30 days to submit for a trial and if they do not the case is dropped. Is that true for SC?
