Representation at a probate hearing

Question Details:

I have Power of Attorney for my partner in a probate case. If he is self represented, can I speak and question witnesses during the hearing for him or must he do so himself?

Power of attorney doesn't mean you get to be the lawyer in court. If he is pro se (self-representation), you cannot do a thing.
