Rental aptartment complex not returning security deposit.
Question Details:
I recently vacated a rental apt. I left in good standing and was advised by the property manager that Iwould be refunded my security deposit minus a prorated 10 year painting fee. I have yet to recieve my funds. When I called and spoke with the property manager she referred me to the corporate office because she said she sent all the info to them and it is now out of her hands. When I called they refused to speak with me! How can I get my money back?
