Reckless Driving/Speeding
Question Details: Was stopped for reckless driving and speeding supposedly clocked in at 130 mph. Was put in jail overnight. Car was impounded. Have gotten my car out of the impound and have to appear in court on the 11th. What am I to expect at this court appearance and how can I best present my situation without an attorney present? Thank you.
