Question, is your grandma a child of your great uncle? If so, then she would have a claim on your great uncle assets. His sister medical power of attorney died when your great uncle died. If there was no will, then his assets would go first to his children, if any, then to the grand children; if your grandma was a child of your great uncle then she was entitled to inherit.
