Questions about appeals?

Question Details: If you had a bifurcated case and the custody portion went to trial and was decide. You now have the division of property potion and you are thinking about settling. If you do settle would you still be able to appeal the custody portion of the trial?

You should be able to settle or mediate the property portion without affecting the custody issues.  I do not understand under what grounds you have or may have to "appeal" the custody portion.  You may be able to modify the order, depending on when/how/why it was decided the way it was.  If you need assistance mediating the property issues, I'd be happy to assist.
