After the foreclosure, the new owner will initiate eviction proceedings. The eviction can take upto 4 weeks to 8 weeks depending upon the speed at which the new owner files the eviction and defense available. One can remove belongings upto the day Sherriff shows up. Or after the Sherrif evicts you, you can make arrangements with the new owner to remove the belongings within 14 days.

Until an eviction proceeding is brought against them and brought to fruition. Once the proceeding is brought, it will usually take 2 - 4 weeks to wend its way through the  full process; once it's done, the previous owner will be given a (fairly quick) date to get out. A good rule of thumb is for the previous owner to be ready to move 3 weeks from the proceeding being first brought. You can contact your local court to find the exact timeline.
