problems with probation
Question Details: i am on probation for a dwi which i lost my license for, my insurance is now going to cancel my policy because i dont have a license and my financed car is going to be repossed. probation doesnt want to give me a conditional license so that i dont lose my car and ruin my credit, is there anything i can do?

You can make application to the judge who originally sentenced you. If he approves, he can direct probation to allow you to get a conditional license, assuming you are eligible for one from DMV.
