it may very well be a violation of your probation so you could be looking at prison time for doing so. It is written into your probation conditions that you are to notify your probation officer any time you are considering ANY move, let alone a move outside the jurisdiction of the court. I am ALMOST POSITIVE that you cannot move outside the state - but you can always check. If you violate probation, you are facing the imposition of the original sentence of imprisonment associated with the underlying crime.
