Probation for 1st DUI in CA
Question Details:
On 5 yr probation for 1st DWI in CA (2 yrs ago); got 2nd DWI in NY. Will this now violate me for CA probation? I received 1 day served + 10 community service days in NY, plus 1 yr probation and suspended license for 6 months. Should I worry about CA?

Technically it most likely would be a violation of your CA probation. Whether they will be informed of it or if you have a duty to inform the probation officer about it would be determined by CA law.
